Fan Testing

RINA Fans employs a rigorous fan testing methodology to ensure the optimal performance and reliability of its products. The performance test involves assessing fans with a shop floor motor of up to 400 KW, with checks for paint thickness, flow, static pressure, and alignment. The mechanical run test evaluates fan RPM, utilizing the RINA Fans Smart Sensor to monitor tri-axial vibration, temperature, and noise. This comprehensive approach requires the fan to run for a minimum of one hour, allowing a thorough assessment of both mechanical and aerodynamic performance. The integration of the RINA Fans Smart Sensor, mounted on the motor or bearing housing, provides valuable insights into tri-axial vibration, temperature, and noise levels, ensuring the highest standards of quality and functionality.
